Acceptance of Terms

Prohibited Conduct

Exchange rates, transaction times, and available assets are subject to change without notice and are dependent on market conditions and third-party liquidity providers. This exchange does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as such. You acknowledge that you use the service entirely at your own risk and that the platform expressly disclaims all liability for losses arising from market volatility or technical issues outside its direct control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChangeNOW and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if the service has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Indemnification

Dispute Resolution

Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply after termination.
